When you go to make a post, left of the paragraph centering functions is a little earth with a squigly thing on the top left corner of it. Highlight what you want to be a link and then use that function to make it a link.
Sorry for my bad description - I have no idea how to describe what the link function really looks like! Hope this helps anyway.
